This interior design project in Bordeaux was a real challenge: I had to imagine every layout remotely and solely from plans while the townhouse was being built.
My clients love the charm of period homes and wanted a harmonious, characterful universe for their brand-new échoppe. I combined materials, shapes, and tonal palettes to create a cozy atmosphere that feels both timeless and full of personality.
In the living area, I envisioned walls painted in a warm off-white that wraps the space like a cocoon while preserving the light flooding in through the large bay window. Beige tiled floors are warmed with rugs to define each zone. A palette of deep black, auburn, and touches of green, along with wood furniture, adds style and character. Layered lighting completes the scene and sets the mood.
